 - If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
 - If cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total

Arrivals/Departures:
 - Check-in: 14:00 to 20:00; please inform us of your estimated arrival
   time. 
 - Check-out: Strictly at 10:00; cleaning staff arrives at 10:15.
 - Indemnity Form: All guests must complete a form before arrival.
 - Reporting: Guests must report to the main farmhouse for escort to
   accommodations unless otherwise communicated.

 - High-clearance vehicles are recommended for access.
